General regulation

1. Check-in time is from 4.00pm to 8.00pm and check-out time is until 10.00am.
2. The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services until the invoices are fully paid.
3. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to rooms caused by themselves, their friends or anyone responsible.
4. Management is not responsible for guests' personal and valuable items, such as money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
5. Regardless of charging instructions, guest acknowledges that they are personally responsible for paying all charges accrued on behalf of guests during their stay.

Cancellation or change of date

Up to 15 DAYS before the arrival date: full refund.
Up to 5 DAYS before the arrival date: 70% refund.
Cancellation or change communicated less than 5 DAYS before the arrival date will result in the loss of the entire amount paid.

Cancellation or date change for group bookings

Up to 30 GIORNI before the arrival date: full refund.
Up to 10 GIORNI before the arrival date: 50% refund.
Cancellation or change communicated less than 10 DAYS before the arrival date will result in the loss of the entire amount paid.
