Pets
In order to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we reluctantly decided not to welcome the pets of our guests anymore, as we have experienced many unexpected difficulties in living with our animals inside the Glamping.

Booking cancellation
Up to 15 DAYS before the arrival date: full refund.
Up to 5 DAYS before the arrival date: 70% refund.
Cancellation or change communicated less than 5 DAYS before the arrival date will result in the loss of the entire amount paid.
Cancellation or date change for group bookings
Up to 30 GIORNI before the arrival date: full refund.
Up to 10 GIORNI before the arrival date: 50% refund.
